Bushey Mansions

Starting on site in May 2020, this development of 4 new flats above a 1930's complex of apartments created sustainable, high-quality homes for first time buyers in Merton. Leading the build during the pandemic created challenges but we delivered the project with a minimum of cost overrun, completing in September 2021.
